This course is for you if:

  • You are a mental health professional (e.g., counsellor, social worker, psychotherapist, etc.)

  • You work with clients or patients who are living with mood and depressive disorders

  • You do not have access to a Registered Dietitian in your practice

    Discover how nutrition affects our brains and how to eat for optimal brain health

  • How to put it all together

    Learn about some common nutrition-related concerns, some possible strategies to use and how to apply them in your practice
